Intermittent High Shear Stainless SteelEmulsification Pump is a high-performance dispersion and emulsification machine designed for bottom-entry into containers. It is used for mixing, emulsifying, and dispersing free-flowing or viscous liquid media in batch operations. Using the rotor-stator principle, the ECA is suitable for applications that cannot be completed by traditional stirring methods.
Product Features:
Suitable for special environments or hygienic requirements, it is installed at the bottom of the container. It is a bottom-mounted high-shear dispersion and emulsification machine that allows materials to be discharged or circulated after processing. With traditional bottom-mounted installations, materials cannot be discharged separately after processing. The ECA can provide two different circulation modes: internal and external.
The ECA machine can avoid strong vortexes and aeration, even when the tank has a very low filling level or the container is being stirred or dispersed
during emptying.
The ECA machine has a simple and stable design. Three-phase motor, rotor drive shaft, and flange, equipped with a rotor combined with a compact unit using a cover. The standard version of the ECA is suitable for processing
temperatures up to 120 °C. The shaft seal uses a low-maintenance mechanical seal.
